Fretting over what to design in a greeting card can be a bit daunting! So if you’re in sitting there staring at cards to design that perfect festive message, you’re NOT ALONE! And our only advice to you is to keep it simple and fun, as the occasion of Thanksgiving calls for having LOTS OF FUN!!

As with any card, a good place to start is to keep focused on the person you intend to share the card with and the relationship you have with them. It’s the thought and the personal touch that makes it special!

Ashu Patodia’s spooktacular ecard for Halloween is surely a visual treat for the eyes. The cuteness of this card is impeccable and we can’t stop talking about it. The designer has not stuck herself to the traditional Halloween style ecard but trying to showcase some modern elements into it. The quirky text and cuteness of these two witchy cats will be caught our users. Use of Halloween icons such as the broomstick, the witches hat with the moon in the background makes it even more romantic and totally appropriate with the lover’s theme.

Top Picks For 4th of July – Users Choice

The flame of freedom spread like wild fire amongst our artists and they designed some bright, sparkling, warm and patriotic ecards for 4^th of July.

A combination of old and new ecards made it to the top performing cards for this year. Let’s have a look at the cards which made the users feel pride in their country and kept the spirit of independence alive.

Users’ choice: Easter Ecards

Easter is the time for new beginnings and everlasting happiness. Ours came to us with new artists joining Studio and us receiving some magical ecards from our creative geniuses.

Let’s have a look at some of the Easter cards which performed exceptionally well and floored the users with their innovative style!

Teddy knows how to pull at heartstrings with her ability to capture emotions in her cards beautifully. A well-crafted ‘me to you’ message and smooth animation is what makes the card stand out.

Along with the users, this was one of our favorite ecards too. We loved the animation of the birds adorning the tree with Easter eggs. A perfect combination of Spring and Easter spirit, this card gets our thumbs up.

ColourDreams, one of our new artists, made his mark with this adorable Easter Thank You ecard. The clean, crisp, neat background and high quality images were a breath of fresh air. The cute little bunny blinking his eyes completely melted our hearts! With a 240% conversion on this card, we know he is here to stay and enthrall our users with his magnificent work.

Valentine’s Day Surprise Contest Results

The one week Valentine’s Day Surprise contest surprised us and in return we were delighted to see 40 ecards coming in such a short time span. The dedication and creativity of all artists is truly remarkable and we loved seeing the beautiful and romantic Valentine’s Day ecards.

Without any further ado, here are the artists who hit cupid right and emerged winners.

A. Visualizer with highest Global sends for Valentine’s Day category (excluding sends on cards for Thank You sub category): ashupatodia won $50

Ashu’s heartfelt message from one friend to another is touching and warm. The strong bond between two friends was fresh to see in her card. Soothing music and clean visuals helped her achieve the required sends.

C. Visualizer who uploads the maximum number of cards under Valentine’s Day category: Ezhil won $20.

With 6 flash cards uploaded within the contest dates, Ezhil was a clear winner for this criterion. Her thank you card was one of our favorites as the innovative idea of a message in a bottle visually depicted class and vintage romance which was a big hit among the users.

Since this was a surprise contest, we would like to announce a surprise reward and give Bunnieclaire a sum of $20 for submitting some outstanding cards in various sub-categories of Valentine’s Day. Her cards performed exceptionally well, compelling us to acknowledge her efforts. Her top card received 9,074 global sends and a conversion of 29%. My Daddy Is The Best! Father’s Day Contest Winners.

The Father’s Day Contest saw cards coming in early and filling in different sub-categories. Many sub-categories saw a growth in card sends and quality as new content was pooled in. Sections that outshined their previous performances were ‘Husband’ and ‘For your Son’, among others. Users enjoyed sending cards not just to their fathers but to great dads in the family! As a result of all the wonderful work put in by visualizers we have 2 repeat winners and 2 new names winning the contest this month.

1) Ashupatodia:

Ashu uploaded 4 wonderful ecards in different sub-categories and earned the highest US+CA card sends winning her an Amazon gift voucher worth $150. The best performance came from ‘For your Son’ category. Unique visuals and a simple, effective message touched the hearts of young dads.

2) Jothi:

Jothi uploaded 7 ecards in different sub-categories and has earned the second highest US+CA sends in the contest. She has won an Amazon gift voucher worth $100. The apt messages in her ecards worked in her favor and the variety in cards gave her that extra push.

We are also excited to reveal 2 new winners for the highest conversion% in 2 different sub-categories.

3) RedHeadsRule:

RedHeadsRule aka Gloria Williams won an Amazon gift voucher worth $50 for gaining the highest conversion% in ‘Happy Father’s Day’ section within the contest dates.
