    Mother’s Day Contest Results

    Love for the first lady in our lives came in the form of 158 new cards! We were ecstatic to see all you Studioators pour in so much love in the form of fun postcards, cute gifs and touching flash cards for the amazing mothers out there. The response was fantastic and overwhelming with studio card sends crossing 70,000 and studio contributing 61% to the total sends achieved on Mother’s Day.

    To add to the motherhood celebrations we had a contest running and here are the results!

    A. Visualizer with highest US+CA sends for Mother’s Day category (excluding sends on cards for Thank You sub category): teddy won $100

    Mothers – all that they want from their children is to feel loved and valued in return and this card expresses just that in simple and beautiful words. Soothing use of colors, soft music and virtual hugs by the adorable teddy bear makes this card so “sendable” and it is our top performing card.

    B. For cards that have US+CA sends > 500 and the highest conversion in the same sub category:

    Ecard by poppies

    The best thing a father can do for his children is to love their mother. This ecard by poppies acknowledges this heartfelt emotion and creates a grateful card for a husband to send out to his wife, who has made his house a home and raised their kids with love and affection. A pretty floral backdrop and straightforward message helped poppies win in this subcategory.

    Teddy and poppies managed to cross the contest criteria and emerge winners, apart from them we would like to highlight two more cards which not only caught our attention for their innovative style but also resonated with our users.

    5 Cards To Look Out For This Sweetest Day

    Here are the five cards we feel would give our users the sugar rush this Sweetest Day! Have a look at them and let us know what you feel in the comments below:

    What better way to tell your loved one that they are the sweetest thing in your life. This ecard has a straightforward message to express your love. We love the idea of using macaroons as something sweet and mix of pop colors and variation with the font type.

    This animated card is a lovely combination of all things sweet. AlmondTree uses clean visuals and a bold font to help users display their fondness for someone explicitly. The neat message is what got our attention.

    In the midst of tons of sweetest day cards for better-halves, we received this refreshing and adorable e-card to wish family and friends a Happy Sweetest Day. We absolutely love how RedHeadsRule has incorporated an owl and sheep in her card and experimented with her me to you message. A big thumbs up to her for this card.

    Love birds are the epitome of love and romance. Studio artist Ezhil hits the right chords by choosing love birds to convey his message. Soulful music and heartfelt sweetest day wishes is what makes this card click!

    This intensely romantic ecard by ashupatodia is capable of giving butterflies to our users. Soft colors and soulful music add to the overall experience making it a perfect card for those who want to rekindle the romance in their relationships.

    We would like to thank our studio visualizers for all the effort they have put in to create such remarkable and thoughtful ecards for the users. With such warmth and sweetness imbibed in the cards we are sure the users are going to love the cards too!

  • The Results Are Out!

    The Results Are Out!

    With 79 cards coming in for the Friendship Day contest, we were thrilled to see the effort made by all the visualizers. The cards were cute, fun, quirky, cool and unique. While some cards made us laugh, some tugged at our heartstrings and made us share one right away.

    We would like to thank all our artists for putting up such wonderful cards for our users to send out!

    In spite of the multiple entries received for the contest, only three studio artists could manage to cross the set conditions and emerge winners. Here are the four artists who made Friendship Day a really special one for the users.

    A. Visualizer with highest Global sends for Friendship Day category (excluding sends on cards for Thank You sub category): vsilverline23k won $150

    With 9 cards uploaded for Friendship Day and spread across different sub-categories, vsilverline23k deserves every bit of this reward. Her above card depicts the meaning of true friendship. The message is totally relatable and the music adds to the sweet bond that friendship creates.

    B. For cards that have global sends > 250 and the highest conversion in the same sub category:

    • Happy Friendship Day: Jothi won $10

    A soothing background and a floral element in the card always works well with the users. Jothi helps users relive special memories with their friends using this lovely ecard.

    Describing friendship in the most apt way, this ecard couldn’t be truer. A life without your best friend is totally unimaginable. Who would you share gossip with or the fact that you picked up that designer bag on sale, or say the cute guy in high school? The upcoming soccer matches or getting your first date, if it wasn’t for your bestie? The happiness of something doubles up when you have someone to share them with and your best friend totally adds to the excitement of all those special moments. SanqunettiDesig created a perfect card for a user to send to his/ her best friend.

    Every friendship is different, unique and magical in its own way. A true friend is the greatest of all blessings. They have your back at all times and support you just like a family member would. Once again Sanqunetti, got it right with this card and helped users celebrate the magic called friendship.
