    October marks the arrival of a month-long festival as we embrace this fall season and get into the spirit of wearing cozy sweaters and pumpkin-flavored recipes. However, with the sun getting sleepier and fall chill in the air, it doesn’t lead to the end of fun. The month of October has plenty of happening events and festivals to keep you busy and warm. Without wasting any more time let’s check out what this month has in store for us.

    Among the many happening festivals that are lined up this month, here are AAthe popular ones:-

    Canadian Thanksgiving (Oct 12, 2020)

    Canadian Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday of October. This traditional day celebrates the successful year of good harvest and is followed by celebration gatherings with loved ones and preparing Thanksgiving Day meals such as turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pies, etc.

The warmth of summer is gradually fading away thus, paving its way to welcome the new season of autumn and brings us a step closer to the federal holidays of America. As the end of summer nears, we have some awesome events coming up to keep you hooked up the whole month.

    The festive magic begins with the celebration of Labor Day (Sept7) – this federal holiday is celebrated to honor and recognize the social and economic achievements of American workers.

    Patriot Day (Sept 11) – This day marks the anniversary of the terror attacks in the United States in 2001. This day marks as a remembrance to those brave men who lost their lives to save the innocent souls.

    Rosh Hashanah (Sept 18) – This day is celebrated as the Jewish New Year and is known as the holiest day of the Jewish Year. On this auspicious occasion, Jews from all across the world celebrate God’s creation of the world.

    First Day of Autumn (Sept 22) – Autumn signifies change and the falling of colorful leaves ushering into new ones. The beginning of autumn often ushers in cool breezes and crisp nights.

    With cooler weather and longer nights, autumn is one of the best seasons filled with festivities and celebrations.

    We at 123Greetings always strive to connect with every emotion of human beings with a dash of humor and sprinkling of creativity. Here is your chance again to win the hearts of our users and in return get rewarded.  Sounds great! Isn’t it?

    This time we are back with another exciting contest to celebrate the best of content in the General Categories. This contest will run for an entire month and will cover multiple –subcategories.

    Please find below the rules to participate:

     Winning Criteria:

    • The total number of North American card sends must be 1000 to qualify for winning in the individual category.
    • Cards having the highest North American sends in each individual category will win the Reward: $150
    •  Each visualizer is eligible to win in a maximum of 2 categories, post which the reward will be passed on to the next in line.

    Conditions:

    • Minimum 5 cards to be submitted.
    • All the 5 cards to be submitted in the different sub-categories of the contest.
    • All cards must be new, suppressing old cards and re-uploading them will not be considered.
    • The winners will be announced to the community via social media/emails/blog
    • The winners will be paid via PayPal (depending on their location) or the option to be added to monthly payments.
