    October Spree

    Hey Studioators,

October is here and it’s time when we pull up our socks and get ready to welcome all the festivity with our friends and family. With some of the best events in line like Canadian Thanksgiving, Boss’s Day, Sweetest Day, Candy-corn Day and Halloween, this month has a lot to offer. So let us take you to an October Spree and give you all a thorough insight of these festivals.

    Canadian Thanksgiving (October 8, 2018)

Harvest hymns, roasted turkey and pumpkin pies is what you’ll see on Canadian Thanksgiving in every household. This is a day of general Thanksgiving to the Almighty God for the bountiful harvest with which Canada has been blessed. Celebrated on the second week of October this day gives you plenty of blessings of the past year.

Create cards using elements that speaks about harvest, prosperity and love. You can use the theme such as ‘turkey fans’, ‘spirit of thanksgiving‘, ‘pumpkin pies’, ‘thank you’ and the likes. Use of autumn leaves, which represent the arrival of autumn and Canada flag can also be used on the cards. Use animations and music to accentuate the emotions of joy and blessings for the Almighty.

Design them to send not for your friends and family but also you had brought a change in your life. Celebrate this day with lots of positivity and spreading love all around you with these cards.

    Boss’s Day (October 16, 2018)

Boss’s Day or also known as National Boss Day is the day when you celebrate the bond between the employees and the employers. Employees get to show their appreciation to their bosses that they deserve. This is the time when we praise their hard work, dedication and the challenges they go through in their lives every day.

Let them feel wanted and important by implying these themes to your cards such as ‘fun’, ‘women boss‘, ‘you inspire me’, ‘thank you’ and other like these. From flowers to smiles create as fascinating designs you desire. Make them understand how they inspire you to be a better person in life. Appreciate their hard work in building you up to be a fine person.

    Sweetest Day (October 20, 2018)

Love and romance go hand in hand, so why to wait till February when you got a chance to celebrate this in October. Originated in the heart of Cleveland, Sweetest Day is specifically celebrated by the women to woo their male partners with love and romance.

Heart-shaped chocolate boxes or sweet greeting cards can reflect your emotions. Choose a style which gives to an opportunity to experiment which your designs. Use of bold colours and patterns along with ‘I Love You messages’, ‘Kisses’, ‘Teddy Bears’, ‘Hearts’ one can go all crazy to show their skills.

Get your tools ready and once again get ready to woo your partner all over again.

Candy Corn Day (October 30, 2018)

Be it a kid or an adult, love for candies are always inevitable. Looks like a corn but tastes like a candy what else you can ask for. Celebrated vastly across the USA, candy corn unleashes the inner child inside you and fill in these yummy treats. Either grab a bag full or as much you desire and share this sweetness with your family and friends.

So to ask for how can you design your ecards considering this yummy treat in mind. Simply look for red, yellow and white candy corns or give it an autumn-ish feel with pumpkins and treats all around.

    Halloween (October 31, 2018)

It’s a day dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints and all the faithfully departed souls. All these years we have always preferred to celebrate this day with lots of fun and frolic. Halloween fun usually includes tricks or treating, endless Halloween costume parties, pumpkin carvings for Jack-o-lantern, lighting bonfires and lighting and decorating your house with beautiful candles all around.

Since it’s the biggest festival this month, so let’s see what the things you need to keep in mind are:

    • Greetings vary from various categories such as a haunted house, jack-o-lantern, witches, horror and other alike.
    • Don’t forget to add the essence of spookiness and fear in your cards. That will bring a fun element to them.
    • Showcase some spine-chilling fun and create a fun card which every user will enjoy this Halloween.
    • Don’t forget to create Thank You cards expressing how your dear ones have made your night memorable and now its time to thank them from the bottom of your heart.
    • Finally, create some miss you cards for the users to reach out to that special person who is miles away but you want them to wish a warm and a wand-erful Halloween.

We hope to see the excitement, passion and urge to create spooky and awe-worthy cards for this month. Creating these events will not only diversify and uplifts your portfolio but also help you increase your card sends and subsequently earnings.

Let’s get ready and welcome some great ecards this October!
