how long before it is published and people can start sending them. I don't see them appearing on the selections available

It will take between 1 to 7 days for your ecard to be listed.

It all depends on a couple of factors like the number of ecards sent in, and the relevancy of your ecard to the category. Remember to send in your ecard(s) 30 days in advance if you’re creating an event based ecard.

Read "Getting Listed" of the Wiki for more information.

hope this helps.. :)

Hi Zakieh,

Please provide us with the following details:

a) What software are you using to convert your file in FLV? Check for the options available regarding quality in the software
b) How is the quality of the source file that is being converted? Are you expanding the picture a lot?
c) What is the specific problem that you facing regarding the gif card? Which software are you using?

Thanks,
Studio Team
