Reward Plan (In Effect From October 01, 2015)

How do I participate in Reward Plan?

To participate in the plan, you should opt-in the Reward plan by clicking on the "Opt-in" button after logging in to studio.123greetings.com.

What are the eligibility criterias for uploading cards under Reward Plan?

  • Visualizer must be at least 18 years of age
  • The Reward Plan is open for all visualizers who have not yet been declared a ‘Winner’ of any previous Reward plans and/or invited to the Payment Plan by 123Greetings Studio
  • Visualizers must opt-in for the Reward Plan
  • Visualizer MUST be the owner of the card and all relevant rights therein which includes all content, music and images.
  • The card must be suitable for the general mainstream audience i.e. no adult, erotic, violent and spiteful content will be allowed.
  • Any detection of fraudulent activity to increase card send count will cause all payments to become null & void with a result of automatic termination from this program. However, all promotions including social media shares are encouraged.

What are the eligibility criterias for participation in the Reward Plan?

  • To qualify for the rewards, cards uploaded must achieve minimum 2,500 unique card sends from US + Canada in any reward month during the existence of Reward Plan.
  • Cards uploaded prior to opting for the Reward Plan will not be considered under this plan.

Where do I find my performance statistics?

It is shown in the welcome page after logging in.

Why did I not get a payment for a Reward that I was eligible for?

If you were eligible for a reward during a particular month the following reasons could have held back the payment:

  • Your total cumulative payments might be less than $100
  • The monthly audit might have rejected your reward on certain eligibility grounds
  • Your reward might be in processing phase
  • You might not have sent the required necessary documents in the requisite time period

What is the payment release process?

  • Statistics for the month will be audited by 15th of next month
  • Payment for any month will be processed and released by 20th of the next month
  • The visualizer will be paid on monthly basis, provided their cumulative earnings is >=$100 in any particular month. Cumulative earning less than $100 will not be processed for payment and remain on hold till it reaches $100, unless otherwise decided by the management
  • Monthly Reward will be processed only when the visualizer has fully completed all formalities, providing a valid identity proof and paypal account details.
  • For the purpose of calculation of card sends for Rewards or Payment, the calendar month shall start from the 1st day every month and end on the last day of the month
  • Payments are exclusive and non-transferable

How and when will I get paid?

Payment will be audited and released on a monthly basis. The Payment will be made via PayPal only. PayPal account details to be provided by the visualizer to the Studio visualizer Community Manager.

What are my tax requirements?

For U.S. residents: Those who earn $600 or more will have to fill out a W-9 form. 123Greetings will provide the 1099 form for the IRS at the end of the year. 123Greetings does not withhold taxes. You are solely responsible for making quarterly tax payments as necessary.

For non-U.S. residents: If you are international, non-US-based you are solely responsible for reporting your earnings to the appropriate tax agencies.

What is the basis of calculation of card sends for the purpose of Reward Plan?

The card sends will be calculated on unique card sends by US and Canada residents only on eligible cards, during the month.

Why do my statistics reflect lesser number of cards than uploaded?

You might see lesser number of cards uploaded as only cards uploaded post opting for the Reward Plan are shown.

Payment Plan (In Effect From October 01, 2015)

123Greetings Studio at its option may invite visualizers, who have participated in the Reward Plan or any other visualizers to join the Payment Plan on execution of a written agreement, along with required identity documents.

How do I participate in the Payment Plan?

The Payment Plan is open to 123Greeting Studio Reward Plan winners on invitation only. The visualizers are invited to the plan by 123Greetings Studio Team. In case you have not been invited, but are keen to be part of the Payment Plan, you can mail us at studio@123greetings.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.

What would be the effective date of agreement?

In case of Rewardees (Reward Plan winners), effective date of agreement will be the 1st day of the month following the month for which visualizer has won the Reward, unless otherwise specified. In case of Non-rewardees, when invited, effective date of agreement will be date of acceptance of offer, subject to receipt of executed agreement along with all required identity documents by 123greetings.com

What are the eligibility criterias for uploading cards under Payment Plan?

  • Visualizer must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Post acceptance of Payment Plan agreement, the visualizer is not eligible for Reward Plan
  • Visualizer MUST be the owner of the card and have all relevant right to use, therein which includes all content, music and images
  • The card must be suitable for the general mainstream audience i.e. no adult, erotic, violent and spiteful content will be allowed
  • Any detection of fraudulent activity to increase card send count will cause all pending payments to be forfeited, with a result of automatic termination from this program. However, all genuine promotions including social media shares are encouraged

What are the eligibility criteria for participation in the Payment Plan?

  • For continued participation in the Payment Plan, visualizer has to publish (live card) at least 1 card per month. The card submitted in upcoming months should be in different category than card submitted in previous month. Visualizer will not receive payment for the month in which he/she has not uploaded the requisite card in a different category
  • All cards submitted will be valid for 5 years for the purpose of calculating card sends from US and Canada, and making payments.
    • For visualizers under Reward Plan: this is valid from the date of making the card live after opting-in the Reward Plan.
    • For visualizers invited: this is valid from the date of making the card live after the signing up of the Payment Plan agreement
  • Unique card sends from cards published prior to the opting-in of the Reward plan or prior to being invited to Payment Plan, will not be eligible under the Payment Plan
  • 123Greetings reserve the right to delete a card at anytime at its discretion. An email notification will be sent to the visualizer upon such deletion with or without an explanation on the reason behind the deletion
  • In case any fraudulent activity or copyright violation is detected or brought to the notice 123Greetings team, 123Greetings Studio will act based on the Payment Plan agreement

What is the payment release process?

  • Payment will be released post auditing of the statistics by 30th of the next month subject to Updating the profile and submitting all relevant identity / tax documents
  • The visualizer will be paid on monthly basis, provided their cumulative earnings is >=$100 in any particular month. Cumulative earning less than $100 will not be processed for payment and remain on hold till it reaches $100, or as otherwise decided by the management
  • Monthly Payment will be processed only when the visualizer has fully completed all formalities including sending a signed written agreement along with valid documents and providing Paypal account details
  • Monthly Payment will be processed only when the card sends under the Payment Plan are free from any violations of the terms of use, copyright policy and content policy of 123Greetings.com, and the terms and conditions contained within this agreement
  • For the purpose of calculation of card sends for Payment Plan, the calendar month shall start from the 1st day every month and end on the last day of the month, unless the visualizer is invited from middle of the month
  • Payments are exclusive and non-transferable.

Why did I not get a payment for a Reward that I was eligible for?

The card sends will be calculated on unique card sends by US and Canada residents and from residents of other countries (Rest of the World) on eligible cards, during the month.

Why do my statistics reflect lesser number of cards than uploaded?

  • For Rewardees: the cards submitted under the Reward Plan and the fresh published cards post signing-in of the agreement would be eligible for the Payment Plan.
  • For Invitees: Only the fresh published cards post signing-in of the agreement would be eligible for the Payment Plan.

What if I don’t want to receive the Payment now?

In case where you are not able/want to receive the Payment now, we can hold the amount on your behalf for the time as specified by you.

Can someone else receive the Payment on my behalf?

We are afraid, no. The payments are not non-transferrable and this will be made only to visualizer under the Payment Plan. This is to ensure we comply with accounting and legal best practices.
