Broad features of Reward Plan

Eligibility Criteria for Participation

• Artist must be at least 18 years of age.
• New Artist as well as existing Artists must check Eligibility Criteria of the Rewards Plan to get into the plan.
• Artist MUST be the owner of the card and all rights therein which includes all content, music and images.
• In addition the card must be suitable for the general mainstream audience i.e. no adult, erotic, violent and spiteful content will be allowed.
• Any detection of fraudulent activity to increase card distribution will cause all payments to become null & void with a result of automatic termination from this program.

REWARD PLAN: (Effective from November 01, 2012)

Eligibility Criteria for Reward Payment

• Minimum 5 uploads (1 approved uploads each in 5 different categories) by the Artist during the first participative month in the One Time Reward Plan.
• To qualify for the rewards, their card must achieve minimum 25,000 unique card sends from US in the month of Reward and should be in the list of Top 10 Artists of the month.
• Cards uploaded prior to checking the Reward Plan will not be considered under this plan.

Rewards

• Rewards to be given to Top 10 Artist of the month based on highest Unique Card sent from US + Canada geography among the studio Artist as under:

• For Artists who have not yet won a reward and are in the Reward Plan, uploaded cards will be considered for a period of 180 days from the date of making the card live for monthly card send calculations.
• If any card is modified during the period of 180 days, the date of first upload shall be applicable.
• One artist can only win one reward.
• Any artist getting an award in any month will not be eligible for any further Reward.

Definitions

The following are some but not all of the definitions of terms used herein:

• "Unique Card Sent(s" and "Unique Card Send(s)": means One card sent per unique sender (cards sends to multiple recipients by one particular sender will be termed as one unique card sent only)
• "US": means United States of America
• "Uploads" means any Unique Card that the Artist has willingly submitted to 123Greetings Studio and which 123greetings Studio has approved and made live.
• "Live" would mean any Unique Card uploaded by Artist and approved by 123Greetings Studio and can be seen online at 123greetings.com site.

Payment Release Process

• Statistics for the month will be audited by 15th day of next month.
• Payment for any month will be processed and released by 20th of the next month.
• The artist will be paid on monthly basis, provided their cumulative earnings is >=$100 in any particular month. Cumulative earning less than $100 will not be processed for payment and remain on hold till it reaches $100.
• For U.S. residents: those who earn $600 or more will have to fill out a W-9 form. 123Greetings will provide the 1099 form for the IRS at the end of the year. 123Greetings does not withhold taxes. You are solely responsible for making quarterly tax payments as necessary.

For non-U.S. residents: If you are international, non-US-based you are solely responsible for reporting your earnings to the appropriate tax agencies. Artists will be required to furnish all relevant information on their “Profile” section prior to payment. Else, payment will not be processed and amount forfeited.
