I have sumitted a card which has been accepted and has been listed and has gone live.

In the preparation of this card, I followed the prompts and uploaded a music file which I made myself of me playing the violin.
It is a .wav file and has a Bit rate of 176 kbps and a file size of 869 KB

When I preview the card, the music plays. However, it seems that the people to whom I have sent the card see the picture but do not hear the music.

What am I doing wrong please?

I've looked at all five cards of your, and the lovely music plays ok on all of them.

Hi Pat,

There seems to be some issues with the Postcards while viewing from US. This is not happening all the time but in few instances because of an advertisement the music is stopping to play.

We are aware of it and looking into the same.
