Dear Sirs,
I have some lines for Valentine's Day. I am really not good at Graphics.
However, I am attaching the lines I have written. Wonder if you could help me

123 Greeting Card Lines

Options:

1) On this day,
When everything looks Rosy & Cute,
I thought I should get in touch with you,
To tell you,
How Very Special You Are to Me…

Happy Valentine’s Day

2) I like to be near deep blue Sea
‘Cause it tells me how meaningful life is can be,
I like to be near blooming Flowers
‘Cause they tell me how lovely a fragrance can be,
I like to be near you my dear
‘Cause your presence tells me
How lovely a relationship can be!

Happy Valentine’s Day

3) Last Night I dreamt
Of a Beautiful, Lovely World,
There were many sweet faces
And several things just Good,
But most importantly
I saw you as always
Very Dashing & as always Very Very Cool!

Happy Valentine’s Day!

4) From Life I learnt
The Art of Living,
From Nature I learnt
The Sense of Beauty,
From You My Dear
I learnt what LOVE
Truly means!

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Do let me know if you can help me.
Regards,
Sulabha Dhavalikar

Your poetry is sweet and I understand why you want them used in greeting cards.

If you want one of us studio artist to make some graphics to go with your poems it would be very helpful if you could provide some kind of headlines/captions for them.

Have you considered the copyright issue?

Kindly

Thanks a lot! That suits me fine, now & in future also.
As the lines have been written keeping in mind 'The Valentine's Day', the Caption/ Headline will be Happy Valentine's Day which I have duly written at the bottom. Like in any Ad Agency, I give that much liberty to the Graphic Designer to have this line on first page or anywhere he feels appropriate.
These lines have been written by me and have not been published anywhere.
I am selling my lines /manuscript to 123 Greetings and so the Copyright will be with 123 Greetings.
My only request would be that I would like to see the layout once it is final, ( If it is possible.)

If this suits you too, let me know the procedure for sending lines in future for Festivals like Holi, etc. I also wish to state that I am comfortable writing lines on a given Visual or Graphic
Do let me know your decision.
Regards,
Sulabha Dhavalikar

Hi Sulabha,

Thanks for mentioning the Title of the ecard. However, please note that:

1) For any work done by the artist, the copyright remains with the artist. 123Greetings does not own the copyright.
2) 123Greetings Studio does not have any payment plan. Please refer to http://studio.123greetings.com/wiki/ind ... artists.3F

123Greetings Studio does encourage artists to collaborate with each other. In your case, where you have text, you can mashup with other artists for music/ images.

Thanks,
Studio Team

Hi Studio Team,
Okay Fine. I just wish to know that will I be able to upload the cards which will have my text but somebody else's design? Or will the entire Copyright be with the Artist ? I seek your urgent answer.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Sulabha,

If you are providing the text to any designer, then the final card that is produced is the result of a collaboration between that designer and you. So the copyright for the final card will belong to both of you.

Thanks,
Studio Team
