Question about tools to get started

As a complete newbie, I would like to ask if there is a program here or do we have to create completely independently from 123greetings studio?

Hello! We have to create cards completely separate from 123Greetings, but within the guidelines outlined, and upload them to this site. People use programs like Photoshop, GIMP, and Adobe Flash (I think it's now called "Animate") There are also many online sites that have tools you can use to assist you in creating various styles of graphics. You can not just find another e-card online and upload it as your own. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply to this, or send me a private email.
