Black borders around ecards & anims not displaying fully

I am puzzled as to why some of my ecards show a Black border around them. I certainly don't add these borders and not sure what to do to stop it happening. Also I have noticed that only half of some animation shows after posting. Again no idea why this is happening as the sizing and position is correct. After a few attempts, i.e. removing and resubmitting the problem corrects itself but its time consuming having to do this.

I have the same exact issue : black borders on left and right sides of my video.
What is the trick to remove these ugly bars ?
