I can’t upload my card… it says my card is not within100px to 550px and 100px and 500px… Now, how do I reduce my card size?

Hi,
You can change your card dimension by using any image editing software. You just need to crop or edit the image using Photoshop, GIMP or IrfanView… That’s it!

Hi Cindy,

Sorry to hear that you are facing problems while uploading our ecard. Please ensure that:

1) The file size is less than 5MB
2) The Dimensions of the card meets the requirements mentioned on http://studio.123greetings.com/wiki/index.php/Dimension
3) Try another web browser.

Also check out http://studio.123greetings.com/wiki/ind ... et_Started

If you are still facing problems, please send your file to studio@123greetings.com, and we will get back to you,

Regards,
Studio Team
