Copyright Infringement?

I recently received an email from 123Greetings Studio about copyright infringement on my card. I responded to their email immediately, but I have yet to hear back from them (I'm anxious, it's only been a couple of days).
What I'm wondering is if responding to the email is the proper way to do this, or do I need to answer in the forums? I'm a little confused by the email and need to clear up some of the specifics.
To Date: The issue is somewhat resolved, but there is still some confusion about the music being used for my card. It's from a site for free music and sound effects, but someone is reading the Terms of Agreement for the website rather than the End User License Agreement for the music.
