Additional fields for details of Fine Art Picture/Photograph

If we make ecards from Fine Art Pictures/Photographs I find logical to add some fields/spaces for Artwork name, author, probably year of creation, place, where it has taken (for photograph).

If sender and recepient likes artwork itself, I gues he/she also would like to know some details about it.
