"My Account" will not open!

Hello Studio Team,
Greetings!

I have a problem with the link for "My Account", within my portfolio. I can get into my account, but it will not open for me!
I have tried this several times today, even cleared my cache browser, but it's still not working. It worked last ok last night, but not today.
Please help me to get this sorted out?
