Some 123G Music clips do not work

Cannot preview some music clips such as Ballroom under Love. Even if I attach and preview the card the music cannot be heard. Same problem with many other clips.

I was informed by 2 followers that when they send my ecards the music does not play. When we play the same cards from my page, they play fine, it's only from the emailed links that there is a problem. We tested it twice by having someone send me two different ecards of mine and they wouldn't play for me either. We do not see any issues with the mentioned ecards. We would suggest you to check if you have blocked any Javascript / Ad blocks, if blocked, please unblock the same and try again. If still problem persists please write back to us at studio@123greetings.com

Hello. I am having the same exact problem that DollyV. was having back in July(?). Some of the sound files are working and some are not. I get a Quick Time pop-up for some of them although everything on my computer is up to date. This concerns me because I already have cards live with the attached music that no longer plays. When I preview my cards I can tell which ones will not play music because rather than a music bar there is a tiny little "Quicktime" icon there instead. I have this same problem while using both Firefox AND Chrome and am running a Windows 7 computer system. I have had this same exact problem for several days now. Am I the ONLY one???

The quick time icon being displayed suggests that the quick time is either not updated or it has not loaded properly on the page. Kindly update your quick time player from the link below.
