Sound is not working

my 2 ecards are live now .
they have sound files embedded in swf files.
But after uploading sound is not working.
Y?
plzz gimme suggestion...

Did you follow the rules?

Frame rate, actionscript version, Flash version etc. ?

Hello Auroco,

There is a problem with the ecard scripts which you have used and hence the sound is not audible in both the ecards. We have sent you an email with the details and the ways to fix the issues.

Please check the mail for details, make the necessary modifications in the ecard scripts and reupload the ecards so that the issue can be fixed.
