No audio preview and delete music from ecard query

Hi, the audio icon to preview a sound provided by 123 Greetings is no longer working. I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 so not sure if this a windows glitch or a problem on the site. I've checked my audio files and there's no issue playing them.

Also I can see how to change music track from the edit ecard option but can't see an option to remove it.

Hello Studio Team,

Just want to say, that I am also having trouble with Studio's own music not working.
I use this method of music all the time, sometimes the music works, but for the past few days none of the music is working.
I am still using windows 7.

I am getting viewer's and senders commenting on my cards, that there is no music to be heard.

Please help to get this sorted.

Is anyone on the team aware of this issue? The problem still exists...icons not previewing music.Until it is resolved it is not possible to add music.

Hi again. I posted two issues on 3rd September but still no response.
This means that I am unable to add music to my ecards until I am able to hear what music I am adding...suitability for example! So here I am thinking there isn't much point in posting in the forum if if nobody in the team is going to reply to help resolve the issues. Sorry but this is very frustrating.

Hi,
Thanks for your response.

The problem is attaching music during the upload stage. Until recently I have always been able to click on the Icon to preview the music before selecting it (clicking on the radio button). Unfortunately I am no longer able to do this as the music icons are Greyed out. Please refer to screenshot.

In an email from the team it was suggested that I select the music first by clicking on the radio button and then clicking on the icon to preview the music. I've tried this and it doesn't work...the music icons are still Greyed out.....please refer to screenshot

So I am currently unable to add music to my ecards.
